Learn how to reset the available stock of all products to zero in a practical way while keeping your product registrations.
Upon completing the operation, Nex will reset the available stock quantity of your products to zero, while keeping the quantity of reserved stock. The current stock is the sum of the available stock and the reserved stock.
The reserved stock refers to products that are part of open orders and are therefore reserved. To reset the reserved stock to zero, it is necessary to cancel the open orders through the sales screen.
1. On the Stock screen, access the Stock by product tab.
2. Click on the arrow icon.
3. Click on Tools and then click on Clear available stock of all products.
4. Click on Yes.
5. Click on Yes again to confirm the operation.
Done! Now just wait for the process to be completed.
