Find out how to reset the available stock of all products, in a practical way, keeping track of your products.
At the end of the operation, Nex will reset the amount of AVAILABLE STOCK of your products, maintaining the amount of products in the RESERVED STOCK (on open orders). CURRENT STOCK is the sum of the AVAILABLE STOCK and the RESERVED STOCK.
Reserved stock refers to products that are part of open orders, so they are reserved. To clear the reserved stock, it is necessary to cancel open orders through the sales screen.
1. On the STOCK screen, access the CURRENT STOCK tab.
2. Click on the ARROW icon.
3. Go to TOOLS and then click CLEAR AVAILABLE STOCK OF ALL PRODUCTS.
4. Click on YES.
5. Click YES again to confirm the operation.
Done! Now just wait for the procedure to complete.
