What to do when there are products not appearing on the sales screen?

In this tutorial you will see what to do to show all products on the sales screen. There is a filter that allows you to show or not show products that have no more stock available in their registry.

Important

  • This feature is available to all Nex users. Learn more about our program subscription plans.

Shall we learn how to configure the Nex to show all products out of stock at the moment of the sale?

1. Click the SALES icon.

2. Click on NEW SALE - F3.

3. Click on the ARROW to display the product list.

4. Uncheck the ONLY SHOW PRODUCTS CURRENTLY IN STOCK option.

Done! Nex will show all products without stock available at the time of sale.
