See how simple and practical it is to reactivate an inactive product. This allows you to resume selling a previously registered item that was deactivated.
To reactivate a product, it must first be set as inactive. See here how to deactivate a product.
1. On the Products screen, access the Items tab.
2. Click on the Filter icon and select Inactive products.
Nex will display only inactive product registrations. To return to the full product list view, click the filter icon again.
3. Identify the product you want to reactivate.
4. Click on the three dots (...) next to the product you wish to activate.
5. Click on Enable Product.
Done! The product is active again and will now be available on the Products screen and during sales.
