In this tutorial you will learn how to massively round the cost and sale prices of all the products registered in your Nex.
Important: This resource is available from version C476 of Nex, click here to see the tutorial on how to update your Nex.
1. In any menu, go to the flag located in the upper right corner of your Nex and click on it to open the options.
2. A window will open with options to edit the country, time format, currency symbol, decimal numbers and thousands and decimal separators.
3. When changing the number of decimals, both in writing and using the arrows, you will see an option to round the current prices of your products, you can mark it or leave it blank, according to the number of decimals you currently hold on Nex and those you wish to configure.
4. Set the decimals you want and check the option to round, then click Ok.
The system program will keep thinking while making the change, it may take a while depending on the number of prices changing. The higher the quantity of products, the longer it will take.
Done! Once the process is finished the window will close by itself and you will have your prices rounded up!
It is important to keep in mind that the products that have been written with more decimal places will not be rounded by the program. For example: if the price of a product is set manually with 3 decimal places: 10,256 $, then you apply the rounding tool, that product won’t be affected by the rounding process for that product, you will have to change it manually.
