How to configure to not allow sales of out-of-stock products

Important

  • Stock control is available for Nex subscribers. Learn more about our subscription plans.
  • It is necessary to be logged in as an administrator user in Nex to make this configuration. See here how to create users and configure their permissions.

Let's configure to not allow the sale of products without stock?

1. On the Products screen, click on the gear icon.

2. Check the option Do not allow the sale of products with insufficient stock.

3. Click on Save - F2.

Done! Nex will not allow the sale of products with an insufficient stock balance.
