Understand the importance of registering your purchases and the means to do so through Nex on the web.
The Purchase record is a feature that makes it easy to organize your business and inventory. Through this functionality it is possible to enter the stock of the products that were purchased from your supplier, keeping the stock of your products updated and allowing you to generate purchase and profit reports.
Manual entry: Manual entry is a very convenient way to enter a purchase. In this type of entry, it is possible to manually inform the products that will go into stock, their quantities and the cost price, which will be updated in the product record at the end of the transaction. You must also inform the supplier of the purchased products.
1. Click here to access Nex in your browser and log in with the EMAIL and PASSWORD from your Nex account.
2. Access the STOCK menu.
3. Go to STOCK TRANSACTIONS menu.
4. Click on the PLUS (+) icon.

5. Select the option PURCHASES.
6. Click on MANUAL ENTRY.
7. Click on SUPPLIER to select the supplier.
8. Use the search bar and select the SUPPLIER.
9. Click on the SEARCH BAR to search for the PRODUCTS.
10. Select the PRODUCT and insert the QUANTITY to be added to the purchase list. Use the ARROWS on the keyboard to enter the quantity.
11. Double click on each PRODUCT or press ENTER on the keyboard to add them to the purchase list.
12. Enter the UNIT COST of each product purchase and click on ADD.
13. After entering all the products for the purchase, click on CONCLUDE.
14. Click on CLOSE.
Done! The purchase was successfully registered in the Nex and the stock of the products was updated.
