If your product stocks is becoming negative after a sale, reprocessing that inventory will correct the problem and the stock will be at the correct value.
If the inventory in Nex is not matching the store's physical inventory, reprocessing the inventory can help. However, when this happens, it is usually due to a failure in day-to-day operations, where something was not recorded or was recorded incorrectly.
Shall we learn how to reprocess the stock?
1. On the Stock screen, access the CURRENT STOCK tab.
2. Click on the ARROW icon.
3. Click on the TOOLS option and then on REPROCESS STOCK.
4. Click on YES.
5. Wait for the process to finish and click on OK.
