Shall we learn how to check and print the products stock?
1. Access the STOCK screen, on the left side menu and go to CURRENT STOCK tab.
2. Check the totals on STOCKS columns for each product. On Stock Level you can see the total in stock of that product, the Reserved in orders column shows the total amount of the product on open orders and the Stock Available column shows the diference between the total available to be sold, the diferente bewtween the Stock Leval and the Reserved in stock totals.
3. Check the SUM of the totals of each column at the bottom of the screen.
4. Before printing, it is possible to select which columns should appear. Click on the ARROW icon, then go to LAYOUT and select ADD/REMOVE COLUMNS.
5. Check only the PRODUCT information and STOCK column, as you wish.
6. Click on the THREE DOTS (...) icon, in the upper right corner, to PRINT or EXPORT the product list.
7. If you choose to PRINT the Print Preview will open, it is possible to edit the file, then click on PRINT DIALOG.
8. Select the PRINTER and press PRINT.
9. It is also possible to EXPORT to PDF from the Print Preview, click on EXPORT TO PDF.
10. Click on OK.
