How to configure the debt payment receipt template

See how to configure and choose the template for printing a debt receipt on Nex.

Important

  • The debt sale feature is available on the PREMIUM plan. Learn more about our subscription plans.
  • It is necessary to install the printer driver in Windows for it to work correctly, as just connecting the printer cable to the computer is not enough for it to start printing.
  • For POS-58 and POS-80 printers, 58mm and 80mm printing models must be used, respectively. For other coil printers, a 74mm printing model must be used to avoid cuts on the printing margins.

Shall we learn how to configure the debt payment receipt template?

1. Access the SALES screen, on the left side menu.

2. Click on the GEAR in the upper right corner.

3. Check the option 5. PRINT DEBT PAYMENT RECEIPT.

If you wish, check option 6 to print automatically when finalizing the debt payment.

4. In item 7. PRINTER, select the printer you want to use for this printing.

5. Click on option 8. TEMPLATE.

6. Access the template tab according to your printer type: PLAIN PAPER or COIL.

7. Select a PRINT TEMPLATE and click on NEXT.

8. Customize the fields of the chosen print template and click on NEXT.

In this step you can indicate or change the name, address, and other data of the store.

9. Click on FINISH!

10. Click on OK - F2.

Ready! The printing template of the receipt for debt payment was configured in Nex.
