The subscription to Nex works on a prepaid basis, that is, you make the payment and, after compensation, you have the resources available for the paid plan and period.
Nex does not have a contract and, if you need to cancel the system, simply contact us via chat clicking here, and request to cancel your subscription. When canceling, your system will remain on the Free Plan, and you will still be able to access the information previously registered.
