How to use the Nex in another language

The Nex is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. See in this tutorial how to install the versions in different languages.

What languages is the Nex available in?

The Nex is currently used in over 200 different countries. To better serve our clients, we offer the Nex in 3 different languages (Portuguese, English and Spanish). Each language has a customized website where you can download the system.

  • Portuguese: https://www.nextar.com.br/
  • English: http://www.nextar.com/
  • Spanish: http://www.nextar.com/es

I want to change the Nex language, what do I do?

To change the language of the Nex it is necessary to download the version of the system with the desired language. Here we will see how to change the language of the Nex to English. It will work if you are mistakenly use it in Spanish. If you are using Nex in Portuguse and want to change it to English version, contact our support here.

1. Download Nex in English from the corresponding website: http://www.nextar.com/thank-you and click on the downloaded file to run it.

2. Click on NEXT.

3. Press NEXT again.

3. Select the “I want to use Nex on this computer” option and click on INSTALL.

4. Wait until the installation is complete.

5. To open the system select "Open NEX POS" and click on FINISH.

Done! You have updated your Nex to use it in the English language!
