Changing Currency

See how easy it is to change currency o your system and on Windows to better fit Nextar to your needs.

1. To change the settings about currency, you should click on your plan information to open the options in the upper right corner of Nextar.

2. Click on Regional Settings.

3. A window will open, and you can select the country. There’s a checkbox named Use Windows currency parameters, where you can check if you want to the currency parameters already set in windows.

If you want to set it only for your program, you can uncheck the box. In that case, you can manually change the symbol, decimal digits separator, and decimal group separator. Click on Ok in order to save it.

Important:

  • The Currency Symbol, is a symbol that represents a currency. It can change from country to country, it will depend on the currency that the country uses.
  • The Decimal Digits are numbers that are separated by a Decimal Digits separator, indicating a decimal order.
  • The Digit group separator is used in large numbers, so it gets easier to read.

In case the currency does not change, it will be necessary to configure your Windows select again: Follow Windows parameters.

1. Press the Windows key + i, which will open the Settings window. Then click Time & Language option.

2. Choose the Date, time and regional formatting option.

3. Click on Additional date, time & regional settings.

4. Click on Region > Change date, time, or number formats.

5. Now, in Formats, select your country and click on Apply.

6. If the currency has not been applied you can also go to Additional Settings.

7. Go to Currency tab to insert the currency symbol manually and click on Apply.

Done! Finally restart your NEX and the currency symbol will be set to your local currency!
