How to update the plan data

If your license is already paid, learn to update it within the program to use the features of the plan.

Important

  • Payments may take time depending on the method used to process on the platform.
  • Payments by card from the Nex payments page generally take up to 5 minutes to process.
  • Payments by card generate a monthly/annual recurrence depending on the selected plan; if the payment was not processed, you can contact us via Nex chat for assistance.

1. Click on the PLAN DATA in the top right corner of Nex.

2. Go to MANAGE ACCOUNT and finally select UPDATE ACCOUNT ACTIVATION.

If when doing this process you see "Socket Error" check your internet connection and restart the modem and the computer to try again.

Done! After a few seconds you will see the change on the expiration date at the top of your Nex.
