What are Nex plans?

Nex has 2 plans, namely: Free and Premium.

The Free plan, as the name suggests, is free and does not require any type of subscription, just download and use! This plan offers the basic resources for store management: such as product registration, customer registration and sales.

In addition to the Free plan, we have the Premium plan which offers all the advanced features. See the table below for the main differences between the plans:

‍Frequently asked questions:

1. Is it really free?

On the Free plan, yes. No limit on usage time, no limit on product registration or customer registration!

We strongly believe in the accessibility of plans, and that every trader deserves to have a system to control their store. That's why we offer a free plan and charge fair prices for other subscriptions.

2. How does the 14-day free trial work?

When you create your first Nex registration, you receive a 14-day free trial of our paid plans. This test is automatically released by the system, without having to enter any payment or credit card details. At the end of the trial period, you will be able to choose whether to subscribe to the plan you were testing or not. If you wish to remain on the tested plan, you need to pay for it. Otherwise, there will be no charge and your registration will automatically be migrated to the Free plan.

3. If Nex is free, why do I only have 14 days to try it?

The 14-day trial is for the paid plan.

After this period, you have unlimited access to the Free plan, which provides basic management tools. But, if you prefer and need advanced features to control the store, you can subscribe to the Premium plan. In addition to advanced features such as cash control, inventory, invoices and many other tools, paid plans give you access to our agile online support.

It is important that you can test the advanced features, free of charge, to discover in practice which is the best plan according to your store's needs.

4. What are the advanced features that are part Premium plan?

You can check the features available for each of the plans by clicking here.

5. What happens when the 14-day free trial of the Premium Plan ends?

When the trial period ends, you will have two options: start the subscription, choosing the plan and one of the payment methods, or choose to stay on the Free Plan. With both choices, you will not lose any information about your store.

6. Will I lose data released after the trial deadline?

No! Your database will continue to function normally, without data loss, even if you choose to continue using the Free Plan. Therefore, all your sales and register information, product records, customers and suppliers will continue exactly as before. What will happen, if you continue using Nex on the Free Plan, is that you will lose access to some features that are only available on the Premium plan. However, the registered information remains stored on Nex and on your computer.

7. What if I subscribe to the Premium plan, and, after a while, I want to go back to the Free plan or stop using Nex?

Pay only as long as it is interesting for your business! You can cancel the subscription by not paying on the next due date. The subscription is prepaid, so, it is only necessary to cancel the subscription anytime and Nex changes to Free plan automatically, keeping all previous information saved, but allowing access only to the basic functions of the Free plan.

Now, if you don't want to use Nex, not even on the free plan, the process is the same, and you can choose to uninstall it from your computer. However, it is always advisable to make a copy of the database and save it on an external hard drive or pendrive, in case you need to access it in the future.
