Support service Channels - Online Chat

See Nex's service channels, where you can contact us to answer questions, make suggestions, resolve financial and technical problems, among others.

Opening hours

  • Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm (Brazilian time).
  • On Saturdays, from 9am to 3pm (Brazilian time).

1. Support via the Nex Help Center:

To request assistance directly through the Nex Help Center, simply click on the Online Chat button in the bottom right corner or click here.

2. Service via Whatsapp:

You can contact us via Whatsapp, at +55(48) 99116-5505 or click here.

3. Service via Nex:

3.1. Starting with version C467, you can call customer service directly through Nex admin, simply click on the Online Chat icon in the bottom right corner.

3.2. Through Nex Server you can get in touch by clicking to call support via the Help Center or WhatsApp. By clicking on the desired option, you will be directed to the service.
