How to create a report of products purchased by a customer

See how to create a report on which products from your store have been purchased by a specific customer.

  • Nex generates a report for a specific period, chosen by the user. The system uses the opening and closing date of the till to include the transactions made in the report. Therefore, it is recommended to open and close the cash register daily (more information).

What is the sales by customer or product report?

This report is used to verify which customers purchase a specific product from your store and which products a specific customer purchases.

Shall we generate a report of products purchased by a customer?

1. In the left side menu, click on the STATISTICS icon.

2. Select the SALES BY CUSTOMER OR PRODUCT report.

3. Select the CUSTOMER, clicking on the ARROW icon, then click on OK - F2.

4. Click on the DATE to select the PERIOD of the search.

5. Click to select the TYPE of the query, whether it will be by TRANSACTION or REGISTER DATE.

6. Click on the THREE DOTS to PRINT or EXPORT the results.

Done! Now you have a list of two products purchased by that customer during the selected period.
