How to withdraw money from the register

Learn how to register cash pulls and payouts from Register by adding a note detailing the withdrawal.

Important

  • To carry out this procedure, you need to have an open register with money, so that it can be withdrawn. See here how to open the register.
  • Withdrawing money from the cash register is usually used to make adjustments to the current cash register. To record bill payments or expenses, you must use the accounts payable feature.

Shall we withdraw money from the register?

1. Access the REGISTER screen on the left side menu.

2. Click on WITHDRAW MONEY.

3. Inform the AMOUNT on the PAYMENT METHOD that will be withdrawn from your cash register.

4. If desired, record a COMMENT for this operation.

5. Click on SAVE.

Done! The value was withdrawn from your current box, registering a transaction. This value will be accounted for at the time of date of the cash register. To learn how to generate the indentation report, click here.
