How to total cash register and view information for a specific customer

See how to total previous registers by period and view transactions for a specific customer.

  • It is recommended to open and close the register daily. The program uses opening and closing information to generate reports, allowing greater control of your business.

Shall we learn how to total cash register and visualize a customer's information?

1. Access the REGISTER screen, on the left side menu.

2. Access the PREVIOUS REGISTER tab.

3. Click on TOTAL PERIOD.

4. Enter the DESIRED PERIOD.

5. Click on TOTAL.

6. Click on MORE DETAILS next to Movement menu.

7. At the top right, click on the THREE DOTS (...), then on GROUP BY COLUMNS.

8. Grab and drag the CUSTOMER column to the DRAG COLUMN HEADING HERE… band (within the gray band).

By dragging the Customers column, Nex will group the transactions for the period informed by customer.

9. Locate the desired CUSTOMER and click on the PLUS (+) sign.

Done! You've learned how to total up previous boxes and filter information for a specific customer.
