Learn How to set if a product can be exchanged for points and the minimum amount necessary for this action.
To set a product so it could be exchanged for loyalty points, first access "Products" on the left sidebar and double click the product to edit it.
Select the "Options" tab on the top sidebar. To enable the product so that it can be exchanged, click on "Enable Loyalty System".
Checkmark the "Enable Points System" option. On the Accumulate Points field, fill the amount of points that will be accumulated, and then set the amount spent condition, so the points can be calculated.
On the same tab, checkmark the "Convert Points" option, set the convertion points condition for the accumulated points and the amount that will be credited to the customer account. Click on Ok or press F2 to finish the setting.
Checkmark the "This Product can be used as Reward" option, and insert the Points to reclam Reward.
All set! Now just click on "Save" on the top left or press F2 to apply.
Now your product is ready to be exchanged for loyalty points.
