How to configure a product to exchange it for loyalty points

• It is necessary to have the loyalty system active and configured in your Nex. See here how to configure and activate this system.

Shall we learn how to set up a product to redeem points?

1. Go to PRODUCTS menu and click on the ITEMS tab.

2. Click on EDIT in the product registration you should set as a loyalty prize.

3. Access the OPTIONS tab within the product registration.

4. Check the option THIS PRODUCT CAN BE USED AS A REWARD.

5. Inform the POINTS TO RECLAIM REWARD.

6. Click on SAVE - F2.
