See how to configure a product for reward redemption using loyalty program points.
1. Access the Options tab inside the product registration form.

2. Under Customer loyalty program, check the option This product can be redeemed as a reward.
3. Enter the required points for redemption.
This will be the number of points required to redeem the product.
4. Click on Save - F2.
Done! Now your customer can use their loyalty program points to redeem this product.
