How to reset the loyalty points balance for all customers

• Resetting customer points is an irreversible process.

Let's learn how to reset the loyalty points balance for all customers?

1. Access the Customers screen.

2. Click on the arrow icon.

3. Click on Loyalty program, and then click on Reset Loyalty points for all customers.

4. Click on Yes.

5. Click on Yes again to confirm.

Done! The loyalty points for all customers have been reset.
