How to reset the loyalty score of all customers

See how to reset the loyalty score of all registered customers.

  • Resetting the loyalty score of all customers is an irreversible process, so we recommend that you create a backup first. Click here for more details on how to create a backup.

Shall we learn how to zero the loyalty score of all customers?

1. Go to CUSTOMERS menu and click on the ARROW next to the search field.

2. Click on LOYALTY PROGRAM, then on RESET LOYALTY POINTS FOR ALL CUSTOMERS.

3. Click on YES.

4. Click on YES.

Done! Loyalty points for all customers have been reset to zero.
