Learn in this tutorial how you can manually change and completely remove a customer's score.
To access the loyalty options, access the "Customers" menu on the left sidebar.
Click "Show" on the top and then "Loyalty" and "Adjust amount of Loyalty Points"
A new window will open. You will see your customer's current score on the "Quantity of points" field. You can add, remove a certain amount or clear completely your customer's score. At the end, you can add an note. Save at the top to end.
