How to adjust a customer's loyalty score

See how practical it is to manually change a customer's loyalty system score on Nex.

Shall we learn how to correct a customer's loyalty score?

1. Go to CUSTOMERS screen.

2. Locate the CUSTOMER you want to correct the score.

3. Click the THREE DOTS (...) next to "Edit" button.

4. Click on LOYALTY and then click ADJUST AMOUNT OF LOYALTY POINTS.

5. Select whether you want to ADD POINTS or REMOVE POINTS.

6. Inform the QUANTITY OF POINTS that will be added or removed.

The number of points informed will be added or removed, that is, it will not be the final number of points in the customer's registration.

7. It is also possible to ERASE POINTS of the customer by checking this option.

8. If necessary, fill in a COMMENT.

9. Click on SAVE.

Done! Customer score has been corrected.
