Learn in this tutorial how you can manually change and completely remove a customer's score.
To access the loyalty options, access the Customers menu on the left sidebar. Click on Show: All Customers on the top, select the Loyalty Program option, and then click on Adjust amount of Loyalty Points.
A new window will open. You can add or remove a certain amount or clear completely your customer's score. At the end, you can add some notes if necessary. Click on Save at the top to end.
