How to query and apply filters on sales records through the Nex Sales App

View your store's recent sales history and apply filters according to the payment method or origin of the sale.

  • Synchronization of information between the Nex sales application and the Nex installed on the computer is only available from version C479. Here's how to update your Nex.

Shall we consult the sales history?

1. Access the RECORDS screen by clicking on the receipt icon in the lower right menu.

Here you will have your store's sales history.

2. Access the FILTERS screen by clicking on the icon at the top right of the screen.

3. If you prefer, set a DATE range by choosing the start and end of the period.

4. Under PAYMENT, you can filter sales according to the payment method.

5. In ORIGIN, you can filter between computer sales (Local Sale), Nex application (App Sale) or Online Catalog (Catalog).

6. Click on APPLY FILTER at the bottom of the screen to view the information.
