How to deactivate and reactivate a customer through the Nex Sales App

See how to deactivate and activate a customer's registration through the Nex Sales App.

Important

  • The Nex app is available on all our plans. Learn more about Nex subscription plans.
  • Synchronization of information between the Nex sales application and the Nex installed on the computer is only available from version C479. Here's how to update your Nex.
  • In order to synchronize information, both the cell phone and the computer must be connected to the internet.

Shall we learn how to deactivate customer registration through the Nex application?

1. Access the CUSTOMERS screen, clicking on the icon in the lower left menu.

2. Select the CUSTOMER you want to deactivate.

3. Click on the three dots (...) at the top right of the screen.

4. Click on DEACTIVATE CUSTOMER in the upper right corner.

Done! You have deactivated customer registration through the Nex application.

Shall we reactivate the customer registration through the Nex application?

1. Access the CUSTOMERS screen, clicking on the icon in the lower left menu.

2. Access the FILTERS by clicking on the arrows icon (⇅) at the top right.

3. Check the option SHOW ONLY INACTIVE CLIENTS and click APPLY FILTER.

4. Click on REACTIVATE, for the customer who wants to reactivate the registration.

5. Click on CLEAR FILTERS to return to the default customer view.

Done! You have reactivated the customer registration through the Nex Sales App.
