How to edit an order through the Nex sales app

See how practical it is to edit order information through the Nex sales application.

Important

  • The Nex sales app is available on all of our plans.
  • Order integration with Nex will only occur on PREMIUM plan.  See here more about our program's subscription plans.
  • Synchronizing information between the Nex sales application and the Nex installed on your computer is available starting with version C476. Here's how to update your Nex.
  • To synchronize information, both your cell phone and computer must be connected to the internet.

Shall we learn how to edit an order through the Nex sales app?

1. Access the HISTORY screen by clicking on the receipt icon in the bottom right menu.

2. Click on the ORDERS option, at the top left.

3. Click on the ORDER you want to edit.

4. Click on EDIT.

Only orders generated by the application can be edited by it. If you want to edit an order that was made by Nex on your computer, you need to carry out this procedure on your computer. Click here for more details on this operation.

5. Make the necessary CHANGES.

6. Click on the TOTAL VALUE at the bottom of the screen.

7. Choose between SAVE the edited order or PAY to complete it for sale.
