How to register a product return using Nex on the web

Learn how to easily register a return of a product brought by a customer, it is possible to return the amount paid or register it as a credit for future purchases.

Shall we learn how to register a product return?

1. Click here to access Nex in your browser and log in with the EMAIL and PASSWORD from your Nex account.

2. Go to STOCK menu.

3. Access the TRANSACTIONS tab.

4. Click on the PLUS icon (+) to see the output transactions options.

5. Select the CUSTOMER RETURN option.

6. Select the METHOD to search for the SALE.

7. Enter an INFORMATION to search for, select from the LIST and click on NEXT.

8. Select the SALE to be returned and click on NEXT.

9. Choose the ITEMS to be returned.

10. Click on NEXT.

11. Select the RETURN METHOD whether the amount paid will be returned or credited for future purchases and click on NEXT.

If you choose to register the amount as CREDIT FOR FUTURE PURCHASES, click on COMPLETE RETURN.

12. If you choose to return the amount paid, select the PAYMENT METHOD and click on COMPLETE RETURN.

13. Click on CLOSE.
