How to reactivate (activate) a customer via Nex on the web

See how to reactivate a previously inactivated customer's registration by accessing Nex in any internet browser on your computer.

Shall we learn how to reactivate a client using Nex on the web?

1. Click here to access Nex in your browser and log in with the EMAIL and PASSWORD from your Nex account.

2. Access the CUSTOMERS tab.

3. Click on the FILTER icon, on the right side of the search field.

4. Check the INACTIVE CUSTOMERS option and then click on APPLY.

5. Identify the CUSTOMER you want to reactivate.

6. Locate the STATUS column on the right side.

7. Click on ACTIVATE.

Done! You learned how to reactivate a customer's registration through Nex in the browser.
