See how to reactivate an inactive customer's account on Nex.
1. On the left side menu, click on the CUSTOMERS icon.
2. Click on the FILTER icon, then SHOW INACTIVE CUSTOMERS to see only the inactivate (disabled) customers.
3. Locate and select the customer you want to reactivate, click on the THREE DOTS (...) and select ENABLE CUSTOMER .
4. Click on the FILTER icon again to disable the filter and see all active customers.
Done! The customer account has been activated and will appear in the customer list to perform any type of transaction on Nex.
