How to disable (inactivate) a customer's account

See how to inactivate a customer registered on Nex.

Important

  • It is possible to inactivate customers with active registers on Nex. See here how to register a customer acoount on Nex.
  • Once you disable a customer, you will no longer see that account any type of transaction. Click here to verify how to activate the account again.

Shall we inactivate the customer's register?

1. On the left side menu, click on the CUSTOMERS icon.

2. Locate and select the customer account you want to inactivate, click on the THREE DOTS (...) icon and select DISABLE CUSTOMER.

3. Click on the FILTER icon, then select SHOW INACTIVE CUSTOMERS to check which customers are inactive.

Done! Customer registration has been inactivated on Nex.
