Learn how to apply a filter to your customer list, showing those who are about to have a birthday, giving you the opportunity to offer discounts or promotions.
1. Access the Customers screen.
2. Click on the filter icon.
3. Click on Upcoming Birthdays and then select the desired period.
You can choose between birthdays today, tomorrow, this week, next week, this month, and next month.
4. If you wish, you can Export or Print this information. To do so, click on the three dots (...) in the upper right corner.
To return to the normal view of all customers, click on the filter icon again.
Done! Now you know how to apply filters to view the birthday-celebrating customers who visit your store.
