See how to filter your customers by showing those who are about to have a birthday, that way, you have the opportunity to make these customers even more loyal.
1. In the left side menu, click on the CUSTOMERS menu.
2. Click on the FILTER icon,select UPCOMING BIRTHDAYS, then choose one of the DATE OPTIONS to generate the list with the birthdays of the period:
3. If you wish, you can EXPORT to an Excel file (.xls) or PRINT this information by clicking on the THREE DOTS icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
4. You can click on the filter icon to CANCEL THE FILTER and see al customers again.
Done! Now only the customers with birthdays between the chosen period will appear on the screen.
