How to inactivate a customer registration

Learn how to inactivate the registration of a customer who no longer visits your store.

Important

  • By inactivating a customer, they will no longer appear in any type of transaction. Click here to check how to activate their registration again.

Let's learn how to inactivate a customer registration?

1. Access the Customers screen.

2. Locate the customer whose registration you want to inactivate.

3. Click on the three dots (...).

4. Click on Disable Customer.

5. Click on Yes.

To check customers who are inactive, click on the filter icon and then click on Show Inactive customers.

Done! The customer registration has been inactivated in Nex and will no longer appear when registering transactions.
