See how to set up delivery rates for orders in the Online Catalog.
1. Access the ONLINE CATALOG screen, on the left side menu.
2. Go to CATALOG ORDERS menu.
3. Check the option MAKE DELIVERIES THROUGH THE ONLINE CATALOG and click on SET PREFERENCES AND RATES.
4. Choose how you will configure your DELIVERY AREA AND RATES.
To combine:
1. Select the option TO COMBINE and click on SET THIS RATE.
2. Fill in the necessary information to arrange delivery with your customer in the GENERAL INFORMATION field.
3. Click on OK.
Delivery Radius:
1. Select the DELIVERY RADIUS option and click SET DELIVERY RADIUS.
2. Enter the DISTANCE in kilometers in the DELIVERY RADIUS TO field.
3. Enter the delivery value for the distance entered in the DELIVERY VALUE field.
4. If necessary, click on + RADIUS to add more delivery radius in the configuration.
5. If you prefer, fill in the other information for delivery in the GENERAL INFORMATION field.
6. Click on OK.
Fixed rate:
1. Select the FIXED RATE option and click SET FLAT RATE.
2. Enter the fee amount in the PRICE field.
