How to enable and set up delivery fees for online orders

Let's learn how to set up delivery fees for online orders?

1. Access the Online Catalog screen from the left side menu.

2. Click on Catalog Orders.

3. Check the option Make deliveries through the Online Catalog, then click on Set preferences and rates.

4. Choose how you want to calculate your delivery fee.

• To Combine / To be agreed upon:

1. Select the option To Combine, then click on Set this rate.

2. Enter the details for agreeing on delivery with your customer under General information.

Check Use standard message if you prefer to use Nex's default text.

3. Click on Ok.

• Delivery radius:

1. Select the option Delivery radius, then click on Set delivery radius.

2. Enter the distance limit in kilometers under Delivery Radius to.

3. Enter the Delivery value for that distance in the delivery radius.

Leave the value set to 0 for free delivery(fee-free).

4. If needed, click on + Radius to add more delivery radiuses.

You can set up as many distance radiuses as you need. If a customer tries to order from beyond your largest radius, Nex will notify them that delivery isn't available for their location.

5. If needed, add any additional delivery details under General Information.

6. Click on Ok.

• Fixed Rate:

1. Select the Fixed Rate, then click on Set flat rate.

2. Enter the fee Price.

3. If needed, add any extra delivery details under General Information.

4. Click on Ok.
