How to enable a user's access to the Nex Sales App

See how to allow a restricted user to login with user email and password in Nex Sales App.

Important

  • This feature is available to Nex subscribers. Learn more about our program subscription plans.
  • This feature is available from version C484 onwards. Here's how to update your Nex.
  • Each user should have its own e-mail login. The same e-mail can't be used in more than one user on the same Nex account or on different Nex accounts.

Shall we learn how to enable a user's access to Nex on the web?

1. Open Nex and click on USER HOME, clicking on the USER INITIAL in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Click on MANAGE USERS.

3. Select the DESIRED USER and then click on EDIT.

4. Access the PERMISSIONS tab.

5. Enable the ALLOW TO USE NEX SALES APP option.

6. Click on SAVE.

If the user does not have a registered password, it will be necessary to fill in the password field to log in to Nex Sales App.

Done! Now the user can log in to Nex Sales app using the e-mail and password entered in the user registration.
