How to check the stock movements of the current register

In this tutorial you will learn how to consult all the movements of your products by inputs, withdrawals, returns, purchases and sales of your current register

Important

  • This tutorial uses the register with the old layout.

  • It is recommended to open and close the register daily. The program uses opening and closing information to generate reports, allowing greater control of your business.

Shall we check the product movements of your current register?

1. Go to REGISTER menu.

2. On the Current Register tab, click on SEE TOTAL button.

3. A window will open with reports on your current register, the third tab corresponds to the movements of products made from the beginning of your register until the moment you generate this report.

4. Check the RESULTS.

Product: Corresponds to the description of the product (Product Name).

Opening balance: Amount of stock of the product at the time of opening the register.

Inputs: Quantity of entries of that product, which do not correspond to purchases from suppliers.

Returns: Number of products that returned to stock due to returned sales.

Purchases: Amount of stock purchased from a supplier.

Withdrawals: Amount of stock that was withdrawn by product.

Rewards: Amount of stock that came out for each product's loyalty points prize.

Sales: Amount of stock sold from that product.

Sales Figures (Gross Sales): Total sum of the sales value of each product.

Profit: Total profit from sales of that product.

Gross Loss: Total losses for that product.‍

Closing balance: Amount of final stock by outputs and income of that product.

5. It is possible to EXPORT, create the REPORT or PRINT THE STOCK MOVEMENTS by clicking on the correspondent button.

This same process is useful to consult several reports that are generated when totalizaing the register, such as Transactions, Payment Methods, Sales by category and the Financial Summary, you can also export them to Excel, print them and generate reports.

Done! In this way you can verify all the movements of your stock in your current box.
