How to copy a quotation

Learn how to clone an already created quotation.

You must have created a quotation on Nex to approve or reject it. See here how to create a quotation.

Shall we learn how to copy a quotation?

1. On the SALES screen, click on QUOTATIONS.

2. Select the QUOTATION you want to clone and click on COPY.

3. The cloned quotation will open on the screen. Check the information and click on SAVE (F2).

You can edit the quotation before saving, adding or removing products, giving discounts, adding delivery, changing the customer, among others.
