How to inactivate a customer using Nex on the web

See how to deactivate a customer's registration by accessing Nex in any internet browser on your computer.

Shall we learn how to inactivate a client using Nex on the web?

1. Click here to access Nex in your browser and log in with the EMAIL and PASSWORD from your Nex account.

2. Access the CUSTOMERS tab.

3. Identify the CUSTOMER you want to inactivate.

4. Locate the STATUS column on the right side of the screen.

5. Click on INACTIVATE.

Done! You learned how to deactivate a customer's registration via Nex on the web.
