See how to cancel the plan subscription using the Nex sales application.
1. Access the ADMINISTRATIVE screen by clicking on the icon with three lines.
2. With a valid subscription, click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION.
3. Click on CANCEL PLAN, in the top right corner.
4. The Google Play Subscriptions screen will open. Click on NEX: POS AND SALES MANAGEMENT.
5. Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
6. If you wish to cancel your subscription, click on NO THANKS to indicate that you do not wish to pause your subscription.
7. Select the REASON FOR CANCELLATION and then click on CONTINUE.
8. Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
Done! Your subscription has been canceled and no new charges will be made to your credit card.
