Learn how to cancel a sale made through the Register.
You can only cancel sales that were made on the current Register. For sales from other registers, please see Exchanges, Refunds or Refund.
Go to the left-side menu bar and click on Sales.
Then, click on Cancel at the top of the screen.
Click Yes to confirm the cancellation.
All set! You can later check canceled sales by clicking on the "View" tab, located at the top-right side of the window and select "Show Canceled Sales".
Now, all canceled sales will be shown in the Sales menu listing.
